R. Presents Mayor Staples# Trustees Curtis, O'Fallons Mumphroy and Clifford= the Village Clarks Attorney and Enginser. Absents Now. Mayor Staples Called the nesting to order. Motion seconded by Trustee Curtis and passed by all Council members voting aye. A discussion was held with reference to the issuance of a 3.2 On or Off -Sale Beer license to Aloysius J. Zmudas 14117 Rockford Road. Mr. 7auda submitted • petition signed by 24 parties of which it was noted two were not residents of the area. Motion made by Mayor Staples that the application for a 3.2 Deer license by Aloysius J. Zamda for a Lavern located at 14117 Rockford Head be postponed until the June 1, 1964 meeting and that the License Committee should investigate the Premises and submit their reccam cdation at that meeting. Notion seconded by Trustee Curtis and passed by all Council members votirbsys. Messrs. Arts Ed. and Harvey Schlebe and yon Prayer, appeared to discuss the entrance and axit to the Sehiebe Shopping Canter and the blocking off of the area between than along the service rood. It was alreed that the Schiebes give the matter consideration and return to the June 15th Council meeting with a proposal as to their recommendations for clocking off the area between the entrance arra exit to the Schlebe Shopping Center.
