pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Revuinr .'-Bestirs:,, of
the V4Uage Council of the Village of Plymcrw.h, Minnesota, was duly held
on rhe 6th day of April, 1964 at 7s O o'clock P. }s.
Presents Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, OsFallon, Hu:aphrey,
and Clifford, the Village Clerk and Attorney. Cram Spencer attended
in behalf of F'git-efald, VillaCn Engineer, on accoun, of Hr. .efald's
illness.
Due to the absence of a cler n to We an invocatory
prayer, Fa,or .Maples requested those present to rise for a moment of
ail^nt prayer.
Mayor Staples called the meeting to order.
Copies of the minutes of the regular meeting of Parch 16,
1961„ as wiled to each Councilman, were approved.
Trustee Humphrey presented the followin Resolution and
moved its adoptions

appointed as a part-time ^olice Officer# effective July 26# 1961#

that of Police Officer before such officer can participate in the

Jack B. Younger eed Inspector for 1963, appeaare3 to sake
an application as meed Inspector for 1964. M.r. Youm, was accomp-
anied by Ira PoKown, County Superintendent of ?geed Inspectors. Yr.
Young advised that he is at the present time =eed Inspector for the
village* of Orono, Long Lake, ursenfield, Greenwood and ,00d]and.
r. Young was highly reeonrended by Yr. McKown for the position of
eed Inspector as he has held this position for several years and
his work has been very satisfactory. Notion made by ;rushee :urtis
that the appointmesit of a Heed Inspector for 1964 be postponed until
the aeetirk,_ of April 20th and that Mr. TOW, submit a report of in-
spections and cutting which was done Burin; the year 1963. Motion
seconded by Trustee Humphrey and passed by all Council members
voting aye.
Motion made by Trustee Curtis that a set -back of 150 be
granted for Lots 1 thru 9, block Is 31roh galley tat Addition.
Motion seconded by Mayor Staples aft passed by all Council members
voting aye.
Motion made by Yvstee Curtis that final approval be
gran=ted to Huseell Jloomdahl coverinc, Alden Acres 2nd Addition and
that the Mayor and Village Clerk be authorised to sign acid plat;
also that Mr. aloamdablss certified check in the amount of $11,265
be accepted for compliance with work to be done under the contract
covering the Addition. Motion seconded by Trustee Clifford and
passed cy all Council members votin, aye.
Mesars,.Fd Clapp, :m. Clapp, Bruce Kelley and Jack Branch,
representing the Minnesota ester CaLgasy, appeared to submit a pro-
posed franchise for the installation of a eater system to cover the
area alort; Highway 101 from County Road 6 to County Road 24. After
the proposed layout had been presented to the Council, the following
motion Has presenteds Motion made by :ruates Curtis that the pro€.»sed
Hater franchise of the Mimesota %sten Co -pang be referred to the
Village 'rurineer and Attorney and also the Planta-; Commission, for
a complete report by these parties, said report to be submitted for
further Council consideration at its meeting on April 20, 1964.
