4. This Council finds that each of the lots, pieces or parcels
of land enumerated in said proposed assessment was and is
specially benefitted by the construction of such street
lighting in the amount in said proposed assessr*nnt set
opposite the description of each such lot, piece or parcel
of land and that said amount is hereby levied and assessed.
S. Such proposed assessment is affirmed, adopted and confirmdw
and the sums fixed and named in said proposed Assessment
with the changes and alterations harainabove mads are
affirmed, adopted and confirmed as the proper special
assessment for each of said lots, pieces or parcels of land
respectively.
6. Said assessment so affirmed, adopted and confirmed shall be
certified to by the Village Clerk and filed in his office
and shall thereupon be and constitute the special assaas-
ment for street lighting costs for Al raasca..
7. The amounts assessed against each lot, piece or parcel of
land shall boar interest from the date hereof until the
same have been paid at the rate of sero percent per aonua.
8. Such assessments shall be payable in one equal annual
instalimant payable on the first dky of January is eacb
year, beginning in the year 1971, and continuing until
all of said installments shall have been paid. each in-
stallment to be collected with taxes collectable during
said year by the County Auditor. To the first installasmt
shall be added interest on the entire assessment frow the
date hereof to December 31, 1970. To each subsequent in-
stallment shall be added interest for one year on all
unpaid installments.
9. The Village Clark is hereby directed to make up and file
In the office of the County Auditor of Hennepin County
a certified statement of the amount of all of such unpaid
assessments and the amount which will be due thereon the
first day of January in each year."
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Kindseth and opom vote
being taken thereon. the following voted in favor thereoft Councilmen
Johnson, Hint:, Ki.ndeath and Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

street lighting.
