Trustee Clifford wished to comr,end the Police Department# par-
ticularly :Sgt. Hargan: for the irwilate response wid the runner in which
the emergency problem was handled at the. Vision of Glory Lstheran Church
on Yarch 149 1964.
Trustee Curtis presorted the following Resolution and moved
