Present: Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon, Humphrey, and Clifford, the Villa-e Clerk, Attorney and Fngineor. Absent- Hone. Mayor Staples called the :meetim to order. Rev. Curtis Johnson of the Plymouth Youth Center gave an in- voca,.or7y prayer on behalf of the .ouncil. Resume of Court Judge lierlin, jun -:a of Plymouth Municipal Court, appeared to Activities for Ave a resume of the Court aativitids for the year 1963. His talk 1463 by Judge dwelt primarily with the method of penaliaiW traffic violators and Merlin. the schedule which he has adapted of assessing fines for violations. he Council was very appreciative of his report on Court activities for which ;.hey e-tended their ,Smarty thanks.
