NArsuant to due call and notice thereof a Regular
Hosting of W,e Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
we uuly held on the 20th day of Jaauuy, 1964 at 7:30 o'clock P. M.
Presents Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, Wallon,
Humphrey and Clifford. Village Clark, Attorney and tisginenr.

Reverend Rieterd Akers gave an invocatory prayer on
behalf of the Couseil and the Public.
Approval of Minutes of the meeting of January 13, 1964 as mailed
Minutes of 1-13-64 to each Councilman were considered for appraahl. Postponement
postponed. of approval of the minutes of January 13, was made until such a
time as Trustee Clifford submits instructions as to corrections
to be made in the minutes.

to locating the service road into industrial Park 454, as the
Tamrvok Building has boon located too alas* to the proposed service
road.

Motion made by Mayor Staples that the Ganley Construction

coating the building upon their property in ascordanco with
th anginal survey submnitted to the Village. Motion seconded by

George C. Lavern -ng representing the i1roieriak Herfbrth
Realty Company wpear*d to request the Council to reconsider the
petition for vacating Balsam Lacer frm County Road 15 North to its
t*rsdass which was tabled at a previous wasting. Motion made by
Trustee Humphrey that the subject be taken frrm the table and
reconsidered as it is not feasible to construct a road across the
involved land became* of its oiamg y condition. Motion seceded by
Mayor Staples and passed by all Council maebors present voting aye.
Trustee Curtis introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoptions

Enoch Peterson, Chairmnis of the Village Planning Council to
Commission appeared to invite the Council Hembers to attend attend Planning
their next meeting to be held on Thursday January 23, 1964 Co®isslon sset-
in order that they may discuss their program for the year 1964. Ing. 1-13-64.
George Gubbine and Ilavid Gates appeared with the request
for a waiver of the Subdivision Ordinance. They stated they are
acquiring their land in small portions In accordance with their
ability to puwhaae it anal are the.-efore making the request in
order to construct the building which they propose upon the property.
Trustee Curtis presented the following Resolution and
moved its adoptions
