M. Presents Mayor staples, Trusts" Curtis, Humphrey, Clifford, the Village Clark, Attorney and Llsginaar. Absents Trustee 0117allon. Reverend S*.angland was invited to attend the meeting and opened the me%;tin- by leading the Members of the Council and the Public in Spiritual Blessings. Judge Marlin of the Plymouth Village Municipal Court was invited to attsmd the rioting to a.iministor the Oath of Office to tae newly elsated Mayor Staples, after which the Council areas and Judge Merlin administered the Oath of Office to all other official numbers of the Courrll. Acting Magor Curtis, introduced than nowly cleated members of the Council as all as the present members to the public. Acting iiyor Curtis vacated tea Chair and turned it over to Mayor staples. Mayor Staples thanked the public fbr their attadanee at this sating and extended an invitation for tssm to attend any fUbOrs-aeitings they my so desire.
