Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Regular Meeting
of the ViUAge Council of the Village of Plmoutis, Minnesota, wsa
duly held at the Village Full an the 16th dal of D000mbar, 1963
at 7:30 o'clock P. M.
Preenots Mayor -.safe, Trust*" 0'?allon, Curtis, taituua
and Tart, the Village Clark, Attorney std. asmistant Village Nnginser,
Craig Spender. Absents None.
Mayor xeefe called the %senting to order.
Copies of the minute of the Spacial Meeting of December 5,
1963 and the bagular Meeting of December 9, 1963, as mailed to ewsh
Councilman, were approved.
Trustee Tart presented the following Ordinance and moved
its adoptions

MLE11 of Ordinsswa No. 58 of V -s Village of
Plymouth adopted by the Village Council of said Village on
Juno 3, 1953 as amended by Ordinance No. 5946 of the Village
of Plymouth adopted by the Tillage Council of said Village on
June 16, 1499, is hereby anodod by substituting in Soottau
1.01, 1.02 -nd 1.03 thereof the words ^teem (10) ,eros" in
lien of tate words "2 1/2 acres" whenever such expression occurs
