EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING
OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
PLYmM i xnwaOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Olymouth, Minnesota, was held on
the 8th day of October, 1970 commencing at 7:30 P.M. at the Beacon
Heights Elementary School, ~12315 Highway 855, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The following member* were present: Councilmen Johnson, Hints,
xindseth and Spaeth. The following camber Was absent: Mayor Hilda.

Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and ®owed
its adoption:.

A RESOLUTION COF IRHING a ADOPTING
THE ASSESSMENT FOR
STRUT LIMINC IN 7 PONDS ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to due and; proper notice according to law so
aspeasment hearing was hold on the 8th - day of October, 1970, relating }
to areat lighting costa for Sewn Pads Addition . and 1
WHEREAS, *11 persons present desiring to be heard were heard and
their objections, if any, were noted,
NOW, THERMRE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
"I. The acting Village Clark has, -with the assistance of the
Village Finance Director heretofore selected by this
Councillor much purpose, calculated the proper aonnts 3

assessable; lot, piaee or parcel of land, in accordance
with the provisions -of law, and has, prepared and filed

asted, and an opportunity bae been _given to all interested
persons -to present .their objections, if any, to such pro-
posed assaaament„ or to any Item thereof, and no objections
have been filed.

4. This Council finds that each of the lots, places or parcels
of land enumerated In said proposed assessment was mW to
specially benefitted by the construction of such st-eet
lighting in the amount In said proposed assestommat set
opposite the description of each such lot, piece or parcel
of land and that said &mount to hereby levied and assammed.

6. Said assessment so affirmed. adopted and confirmed shall be
certified to by the Village Clark and filed In his office
and shall thereupon be and constitute the special ssseso-
sent for street lighting costs for Seven Pow" Addition
7. The amounts assessed against each lot, piece or panel of
land shall bear Intoreat from the date hereof until the

in the office of the County Auditor of Hamneple County

assessments and the amount which will be dus thereon the
first day of January In each year."
The above notion was seconded by Councilman Kindoetb sod upon, vote
being taken thereon. the following voted In favor thereof: Councilman
Johnson, Rings, Kindsath and Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon said Resolution.woo declared duty passed and adopted.
