Of the Village Council of the VS7L,Zo of plymouth, Minnesota, was
duly held at the Village Hall on the Yth day of ')*camber, 1963 at

A report was given by Trustee O'Fallon on the proposed
inprovement Of Ridgemonnt Road from County Road 73 lust and
