Copies of the minutes of the Regular Mesting of :)*camber 2, 1963, as mailed to each Councilman, were aA roved. Clarence :Sen appeared with a request for reconsideration of the waiver of the Subdivision Ordinance reouirdments for Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, Olen Grow Acres. It was suggested that Mr. Lien Clarence Lion r-mvsy a 20 foot right-of-way along harbor Lane and abutting his Subdivision waiver property in ostler to bring the road right-of-way up to the Village request for Lots standard, ter. Motion seconded by Trustee O+Fallon request for Sub. and passed by all Council mambos present voting ye. Road 15 and State Ughray 55. A report was given by Trustee O'Fallon on the proposed inprovement Of Ridgemonnt Road from County Road 73 lust and R.er Ridgemaunt particularl<p in the area of Sunset Zamentary School. The Road Improvement, report was informative only, 14th the intention of having an additional, meeting with the Village Council of Minnetonka in • making the improvement a State Aid project.
