M. Presents Mayor Keefe, Trustees O'Fallon, Rainer and Tart and the Clerk. Mayor Keefe oelled the meeting to order. The meeting was called for the purpose of confirming by the Council As the Cenvading Board the results of the Annual Villede Sleation held on Deasmber 3. 1963. Keefe as Canvasing Board. Loring H. Staples, Jr. 1,694 t .L71:Y.3, Loring M. Staplas, .Yr, be declared slanted as Mayor for the term of two years conv:renoing January 1, 1964.
