Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Regular
!Mating of the 'village Cwnoil of the Village of Plymouth,
Nirttewota, was duly hold at Me Village Nall On the 2nd day of
Dseeber, 1963 at 7m30 o'ola* P. M.
Presents Mayo' Keefe, Trustees Curtis, O'Follon and
Tart, the Village Clerk, Attermw and L nginearn Absents Trustee
Reiman.
Mayor Keefe called the weeting to order.
amiss of the minutes of the Regular Meeting of November
18, 1963, as mailed to each Councilman, were approved.
A Public Hearing was held in aneerdanns with official pub-
lication for the vacation of 15th Avenue Month from Zinnia Lang to
County :tow Ao. 6. Nwy*cr Keefe announood that any objections to the
Vacation would be heard at this time. With no objectors appearing,
the Mayor called the public hearing closed and the following Rosolu-
tion vas adopteds

Notion for a doptisn of the foregoing Resolution was day

Oulliolaon for waiver of the Subdivision Ordinance in connection
