Pursuant to due Call and Ratios thereof a Regular Meeting
of the Village Council of the village of Plymouth, Mimevota, was
• duly hold at the Village Rail on the 4th day of November, 1963 at
700 o'clock P. M.

to County Road 6 be approved and that the Village Attorney prepare the
necessary r osolution for processing the vacation. Also that the date
of public bearing for the vacation be set for December 2, 1963.

1. The, 'adage Council of the Village of Plymouth hereby
determines to issue bonds of the village as authorized
br Gnapter 475 of the Minnesota Statutes. The amount
proposed to be, borrowed is $20D,000. The purpose for
whish the debt In to be incurred ie to provide coop to
acquire and improve parka and playgrounds.
2. The question of issuance of bands shall be submitted to
the voters or the village at the regular village election
to be hold December 3s 1963.
3. The village Clerk is authorized and dirseted to wise
printed ballots to be, prepared for use at said elections
in which the proposition shall be stated in substsntlally
the following forms

Instructions to Voters: Voters desiring to vote in favor
