Meeting of the Village Council of the Village or Plymouth,
Minnesota, was duly hold t the Villmge Hall on the 14th dye
of October, 1963 at 700 o'cleek P. M.
Present: Mayor t,asfe, Trustees Curtis, O'Fa11on and
Tart, the Village Clark, Attorney and IWOmer. Absent: Trustee
Reign. (Trustee Rainan arrived at 8x:5 P. M.).
Mayor Keefe called the nesting tc ordar.
Copies of the minutes of the negular 4soting of October 7,
1963, as mailed to each Councilman, were approved.

the Council members should be prepared to woke the necessary appoint -

all members of the Commission, inaludi»g the Chairmen, shall be
entitled to vote on all questions before the Commission, except
that no member of the Commission stall pass upon atp question
in which he 1s directly or indirectly Interested.

Title,
1.01
This Ordinance shall be known as "The Planning Commission
Ordin pass.
3ection 2.
Creation,
2.01
In aonfomitr with Minnesota haws 1937, Chapter 28r, as
amended, there is hereby created a Planning Commission for
the Village of Plymouth to have all the powers provided by
said Act.
Section 3.
Members.
3.01
There shalt be nine (9) members of said Commission to be
appointed in the Renner hereinafter sat forth.
3.02
The Village shall be divided into the following four (4)
districts and a member of the Commission shall be appointed
from each of said distrietan

Upon adoption of the above action. Nayor Keefe appointed TraAoss
