Pursuant to duo call and notice thoreaf, a Regular !bating of
the Village Council of the Village of P1Faouth, Mtnnssota, was held at
the Village Hill on the 7th day of Ootobor 1963 at 7130 o'clock P. M.
Presents Mayor Keefe, Trustees Curtis, Ci1Pa114n, Rime and
Tart, the Village Clark, Attorney and Engineer. Absents None.

Copies of the minutes of the Regular Resting of Soptember 160
1963 and the Special Msatin3 of September 30, 1963, as soiled to each

Consideration was given to the regaeet for a waiver of the Sub- Consideration
division Ordinance by C-sorge C. ';teed and Stanley M. Mall ooveriag Tract C. �4kf Subdivision
Registered Land 3urvev ('854. Letters had been directed to ell of the Ord. Waiver for
property owne+re who ray be effected by this waiver. Mr. Read, one of the Tract 0, R.L.S.
owners of the Tract, was present. u:. N. Thames and Wallace S. Salovich 0854.

waiver. Charles Raymond and Norman F. Best were present and gave verbal
approval to the waiver. A letter was delivered an behalf of David L.
Mellon in which he objestea to the waiver. Mr. Mellon'• letter stated

delivered letters giving written approval to the Subdivision Ordinance
