PLYHOUTH, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the ff
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
8th day of October, 1910. commencing at 7.:30 P.M. at the Beacon Heights

( Elemsn%ary School, 12315 State Highway #F55, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The following ri-mbers were present: Councilmen Johnson. Hintz,

Kindseth and Spaeth, The following member was absent: Mayor Hilde.

Councilman Klndseth introduced the fallowing Resolution and moved

A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND CERTIFYING
,
DELINQUENT WATER CHARGES
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 444.075 M.S.A. and

Chapter VIII, Section 8.02 of the Village Code of the Village of Plymouth,

Minnesota, a determination has been made that certain charges for water
service have not oeen paid as provided by law; and
WHEREAS, attached hereto is a statement of all such delinquent
accounts relating to specific properties within said Village with
interest at the rate of 82.
NOW, THEREFORE,, BE, IT. HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE

PILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNrSOTA AS FOLLOWS:

1. That such statement ofdelinquent water accounts is hereby
confirmed and certified to be true. and correct.

2. That the Village Finance Director is directed to deliver a
copy of such statement together with a certified copy of
this Resolution to the Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota,

The above motion was secoaded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote
being taken thereon, th, following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen
i
Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.

Whereupon said Reaolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
