Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the '

Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the {
i

8th day of October, 1970, commencing at 7:30 P.M. at the Beacon Heights
Elementary School, 12315 .State Highway F55, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The following members were present: Councilmen Johnson. Hintz,
Kindseth and Spaeth. The following member was absent, Mayor Hilds.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND CERTIFYING
DELINQUENT SANITARY SEWER CHARGES
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 444.075 K.S.A. and
Chapter VIII, Section 8.02 of the Village Coda of the Villege,-of 'Plymouth, f
Minnesota, a determination has been wade that certain charges for
sanitary sewer service have not been paid as provided by law, and 3
WHEREAS, attached hereto is a statement of all such delinquent.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGt.,.COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMQUT►., MINNESOTA, A3 FOLLOWS*.
1. That such s atement of delinquent sanitary sewer accounts
is hereby confirmed and certified to be true and correct.
2. That the Village Finance Director is directed to deliver
?� a copy of surch•statement together with a certified copy of
this Resolution to the Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota,
ss provided by law.
i The above notion Iwas seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote

beteg taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen.
Johnson, Hintz, Kindeeth and`Speath. No one voted against.
i Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and (,
complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to delinquent }'
