M. Present: Mayor Keefe, Trustees Ourtis, O'FaUon, Reirmn, Tart, the Village Clerk, Attorney and Engineer. Absent: None. Mayor n9efe called the meeting to order. Copies of the minutes of March 12, 1963, as mailed to each C(nmcilmman, were approved. Motion made by Trustee Curtis that the Building Inspector be authorized to cite all building code violations by the corttraetor for consideration before the Plymouth Municipal Court;. also that the contractor be authorized to proceed with tete constrilation of the . home and that the set -back be waived in accordance with the survey submittedshowing the location of the home upon the property. New police officers' badges, have been purchased for the police officers and the badges were presented to each officer by Chief Liar.. Motion seconded by Trustee Curtis and passed by all Council members voting aye. A discussion was held upon a resolution submitted by Repre- Resolution rte. sentative John Yngve with reference -;o the adoption of a resolution Municipal Off -Sax! granting- the Village of Plymouth permissions to establish Off -Sale & Private On -Sale;' Municipal dispensaries and at the same time, private On -Sale dispensing Licenses. of liquor licenses to. private persons„ Notion made by Trustee O'Fallon that the Council adopt the resolution and reco=end that Rep. Yngve present the bill to the State Legislature with his support. Upon vote being taken, Trustees O'Fallan and Reinan voted in favor thereof and Trustees Curtis and Tart opposed with Mayor Keefe .casting the dissenting vote against adbption of the resolution.
