M. Present- Mayor Keefe, Trustees Yngve, Kreatz, Curtis and Teberg, The Village Clerk, Attorney and Engineer. X.Vor Keefe called the ineetine, to order. Copies of the minutes of tree iegular Meeting of Decenber 5, 1962, as mailed to each Councilrun, were approved. Mrs. Hatisala, 20-D Kagnoiia Lane, appeared to obtain approval for the division of Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8, Block 14, -Jilshire Gardens Addition into six lots. After discussion, the follo%-ing resolution was a ' dopted and will be delivered to the Metsalas upon the entering into ;% contract to be pre- pared by the Village Engineer in which 'Magnolia Lane uill be up -graded to correct the drainage along the road from the lots described in the reso- lution. David Lindblom and George Nelson, representing the St. Development Got Philliti's 1,nglish Evangelical Church, appeared to discuss the plat of tract for Vicki Vicksburg Terrace Addition. The Village E gineer stated that the plat burg Terrace !fit was acceptable with the e:xcepti.on of a drainage problem on three lots abutting County Road 6. motion mde by Trustee Ynjve that the Village Engineer be instructed to prepare a Aevelopmert Contract to take care of any drainage problems in the Addition and any other items that may arise from his inspection of the plat and subunit a copy to the developers for their acceptance.
