Presentt Mayor Keefe, Trustees Yagve, Kreats Curtisand Tebarg the Village Clark, :neer and Attorney. Absent: Ione. The meeting was called to order by Mayer Keefe. Copies of the minutes of the Regular Meeting of June 12, 1962„ as mailed to each Councilman, were approved. Trustee Yngve aresented the following Ordinance and marred its adoption: ORDINANCE 62 - AN ORDINANCE TO INCLUDE WITHIN THS: RESIDENTIAL ZONING CLASSIFICATION r, R THE VILIAGE OF PLYMUTH CERTAIN PROPFITY LOCATED IN SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 AND THFARMHE AMENDING THE ZOM ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE 0? Mr. Len_Sx+ Imid :.Re.Birchwood with reference to the Birchwood Estates Addition plat. The platters'pro °Est. Addn. posed installing the water system and all roads before a request would be P3at,Ecklund made for final approval of the plat. Contract is to be pre pared by the '& Swedlund. Engineer and platters and executed at time of final approval of the plat to cover ark additional work required to be done. At that time, a bond is to be posted in an amount sufficient to cover all uncompleted projects. Re: Oakwood A discussion was held with John Gullickson with reference to Hills lit his plat, known as "Oakwood hills First Addition". Mbtion made by Trustee Addn. Plat, Yngve that a contract be prepared by the Village Attorney and sneer in Gullickson. order that fir. Gullickson may proceed with the work to be done upon. his property. Mr. Gullickson has agreed to post a bond for all work uncompleted at the time which he may request final approval of his plat. The Village Council deems it necessary and expedient to issue the negotiable coupon 'street ifgrovenitent bonds of 1962 of the village in the amount of $81,000. The specifications for such bond issue shall be as set forth in the following Notice of Sale and small be substan- tially, the Notice of Bond Sale to be so published: NOTICS OF SALE $81,000 Street Improvement Bonds of 1962, Village of Plymouth, Minnesota NOTICE IS HERLBY :SIV,° That the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, will meet at the Council Room in said village on Tuesday, the seventeenth day of duly, 1962, at 7:30 o'clock c." , Central Daylight Standard Time, for the purpose: of receiving and considering sealed bids for the purchase of $81,000 Street Improvement Bonds of 1962, of the village, bearing interest at the rate or rates designated by the successful bidder, payable August 1, 1963: and semiannually thereafter on August land f' February 1 in each year and maturing serially on August I in the amount of $16,2uo in the pears 1964 to 1968, both inclusive, all without option of prior payment. All bids must be in writing enclosed in a sealed envelope, be unconditional except as to the above opinion, and be loft with ':the .under-'' signed. prior to the above time, accompanied by a certified check, bank draft or cashier's check in the amount of at least $1,000, payable to the order of the village, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in event the bid isaccepted and the bidder fails to comply therewith.
