Ronald Elliott appeared as spokesman for other residents in the Drainage at:: area of Third Avenue North, Orchid " Quantico Lanes, with reference to Ave.;, Orchid;'_ drainage problems. The Village Attorney stated that their problem was out Quantit.o of the jurisdiction of the Village Council; and being a matter to be handled by private property owners, it was recommended that they obtain legal advice and proceed to rectify, the. drainage problem througb the services of a private attorney. , Harold Johnson, 1462 Larch Lane, appeared with a drainage problem. The Village Engineer agreed to meet with Mr. Johnson on Thursday, June 7, to see what can be done to solve hie problems -and others in the vicinity. Motion was made by Trustee Curtis that consideration for approval of the Oakwood hills First and Second Additions plAts be tabled until .lune 12th in order that it may be given a complete study by the Council members. Motion seconded. by Trustee Yngve. A report was given by the Village Attorney on the meeting held in Chicago on May 31, 1962 between the Village Attorney, harry Mayeron, Mayor Keefe, and representatives of the H.H.F.A.
