of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, m rmesota, was. duly

Present: Trustees Curtis, i reatz and Teberg, the Village
Clerk, Attorney, ana a,r. 3pencer, substituting for the Village Engin-
eer, Wef=-Id. Absent: Mayor Keefe and Trustee Yngve.
The meeting, was called to order by Trustee Curtis.
Motion made by Trustee h,rea.tz and seconded by Trustee Teberg
that Trustee Curtis be appointed 1?ayor Pro Tem, in the absence of
