Prte�nt: 4E or Keefe, Trustees Yngve, Kreatz and Teeberg., the i9ia] a Clerk, Attorney and hj;ineer. Absent: Trustee Curtis. Copies of the minutes of the Regular Meeting of April 3, as ailed to each Councilman, %mre approved. Art 'Klust r-!. Art Klust, 1515-C Weston Lane, appeared to read an article ysq::ito on Yoijuito Control. He wrished to read this article to the Council Control, on account of his concern over the effects of spray being used by the Yosquito Control Cowiss=on and the effects it may have on the public health. YuVor Keefe suggested that he sexed a copy of the article to all 1 a nnepin County Commissioners for their aonsidcration.
