Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
?f Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
U Sth.day of October, 1970. The following members were present:
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. Mayor Hilde vee absent.

Councilman Hintz introduced the folloi#ng Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-406

WHEVAS, the Village of Plymouth has been requested to act as
+ Grantee for the Police -School Liaison Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HERM RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
i# THE VILLAGE OF PLYMDUTU:
EThe Village Manager of the Village of Plymouth is hereby authorized
j to execute an agreement for.the Police -School Liaison Program with
f� School District #284 and submit an application for federal funds for
this program with the Village of Plymouth to act as Grantee for `
i# administration of said funds during the period of September 7, 1971 to
}} June 30, 1973.
ii The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
i
seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote, being taken thereon, this
# following voted in favor thereof: Councilman Johnson, Hintz, Kindereth. {�
and Spaeth. No one voted against or abstained. 4

i Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
