Kreatz that tentative approval be given to the 'building plan and plat
as submitted, with final i;-pproval subject to tete Garrison Construction
Company obtaining an adaiti,ondl 30 -foot roadway on the South side of their
property and abutting the present 30 -foot dedicated road and also sub-

An application by Henry J. Kowxl, to move a home to Plymouth
Village was discussed. The dimensions cP the home are 240 x 461
and to be placed upon Lot 7, Block 7, Sanset Acres, which lot is
approximately 50 feet in width. In order to place this home on the
lot, it would be necessary to have the front facing the adjoining
neighbor which was not considered desirable. Motion made by Yngve
that the application to move Mr. Kowa -'s home upon Lot 7, Block 7,
Sunset Acres, be denied. If Mr. Koval can submit plans altering
the residence so that the front entrance would face the street and
it woujcd not appear that the house were facing the adjoining lot;
and the plans are approved by the Building Inspector, the Council
would then reconsider the matter. Motion seconded by Keefe anti
passed by all Council Members voting aye.
