A letter was received and read flocs Gander R. Anderson,
Building Inspector, in which he submitted his resignation as Build -
log Uspsctr to be effective December ber 31, 1961. The Clark was
requested to advertise for applicants for the position.

An asUma: a was submitted by 8, H. Putnittm for the installation
of notal doors;, uses and a canopy over the prevent autrance to the
Village Offices and Village Hall. It was agreed that after the sew
offices were completed the outside entrance to the present, offices
would be unnecessart and therefore a new door would not be required,
Notion nide by Keefe that the Village Clerk negotiate with B. H.
Futnum to have ams metal door and trams installed in the present
entrance to the Village Hazel. Also Haat a canopy be constructed over
this entrance, If a satisfactory cost is received from Mr. Puts
the installation is to be as soon as possible. Motion seconded by
Kr*ats and passed by all Council lumbers voting aye.
