Pursuant to due can and notice thereof a Regular Meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of PlIneuth, Minn sesta, was
duly held at the Village Hall an the 21st day of Novoabara 1961, at
8s oo of clock P.M.
Present; Mayor Andorsen; Trustee Keefe, Kreats, Thesis and
Tagve, the Village Clerk, Mnginser and Attorney.
Mayor Anderson called the meeting to order.
Mr. Wayne Holto appeared in connection with ebtalulag a
permit for the eou6tructiou of an apartasut building and also the
reaming of his land to multiple dualling. The Engineer au>b■itted
a report oevering the surface drainage, sanitary disposal systen and
foundation constructions. The Village Clerk and hnginser both am -
firmed that approval of the sanitation sgstm was given by Mr. Husett
of the Stats Hoard of holt# an the phone on the acesuat of the

itruetion Co. construction of an apartment building upon Tract A Begister4 Land
Apartment Surrey 3!E'i0M9, subject to the Village receiving a 15 ft. wide drainage
,dinge and shops easement along the wast side of the property before the
permit is granted. Motion seconded by Theis and passed by all Council
Members voting aye.

A report was given by the Village Attorney on the recent
Re: H.H.F.A.
trip to Chicago by Mayor Anderson, Trustee Keele, Village Attorney
Sewer and
and Mr. Huston of OrrrSchelen, Inc., in connection with the grant
water gra,
to the Village from the H.H.F.A. for a water and sewer survey. The
report centered around a letter dated June 21, 1960, in which amend-
ments were made to the orginal application Piled with the H.H.F.A.
As this letter was not available to Orr�Schelen, Inc., Engineers, the
required information was not submitted in their report. air. Huston,
representing Orr-Schelen, Inc., stated that he felt there would be no
problem in famishing the necessary information to satisfy the H.H.F.A.
requirements.
Motion made by Keefe that a Special meeting of the Village
Spec. Meeting
Council be held an November 28, 1961, to discuss and formulate the
11-2841 Res
necessary plans as required in the request from H.H.F.A. to make the
H.K.F.►. re -
Mater and sewer survey report complete. Also that lir. Huston of Orr-
quirementi,
Schelen, Inc., attend this meeting. Notion seconded by Kreats and

Motion made by Keefe that the Village Clerk be authorised
