Installation street lights. november 14, 1961 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Regular aepting of the Village Council, of the Village of F15 -mouth, Minnesota, was � dulo held at the Village Hall an the loth day of November, 1961, at = 8: UO P.H. Present; 'trustee Keefe, Kreatz, Theiz and Yngve, the Village Clerk, Engineer and Attorney. Absent; Xayor Anderson. A resume was given by the Village Attorney or, the organ- izing of a Civil Defense Pr,)' -'ram for the Village of klymouth. After discussion it was reconmended that the Council consider the problems brought to their attention by the Village Attorney and that they also attempt to obtain and recommend a citizen of the Village who would be willing to serve as director of the organization. The Engineer submitted a letter outlining his proeeedure for 1962 Street Improvements which he re ,uested ' the Council consider. The Council felt that the proceedure as outlined by the Engineer was very desirable and that the matter be publicized in order that the public to be aware of the program as set up. The Lngineer is to submit to the Council a list of roads which he recommends be bituainoua surfaced or otherwise improved is 1962. It was agreed.that the Village Engineer and Attorney obtain the necessary road right-of-way for the construction of the new road being Hemlock Lane from the south boundary of the Village or Ridge - mount Road northerly to County Road 15.
