Present; Payor a rderson; Trustees Keefe, Kreatz, Theis and Yngve, the Village Cicrk, Engineer and Attorney. Mayer Anderson called the .meeting to order. Copies of the EeF:.ilar 1'1;eetinCs of October 10 and 17 were delivered to each Council;m n and hn ^=tion approved as written. Larry Layeron, representing Orr--Scheler., Inc., appeared to discuss a letter received from tke H.H.F.A. in connection. with H.H.F.A. the water and sewer survey brant to the Village. After discussion : eeting re it Lams felt that the most feasible wai to settle the problem involved atcr Sewer would be for representatives of the Village and Ergi.-r--ering Uo::rpany ;iurvear Grant. to go to Chicago to discuss the matter in person_ :�d.th the proper authorities. ,.r. :.ayeron felt that if the problems involved were dis=ssed in person and explained in detail they would be solved 4thout any complications as tneir organization have hand! d sirilar problems previously vith the H.H.F.A. and Lave been concluded satis- factorially.
