Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a iiegular 1,Ieeting
of the Village Council of the ': illaSe of Plyi-no nth, i innesota, was
duly held at the Village hail on the 7th day of November, 1961, at
8:00 o'clock P.:•:.
Present; Payor a rderson; Trustees Keefe, Kreatz, Theis
and Yngve, the Village Cicrk, Engineer and Attorney.
Mayer Anderson called the .meeting to order.

Larry Layeron, representing Orr--Scheler., Inc., appeared
to discuss a letter received from tke H.H.F.A. in connection. with
H.H.F.A.
