to Petersen Tenplin, Inc., for a building upon a tract of land in the 5Ei

seconded by Kreatz and passed by all Council Members voting aye.

nation proceedings to acquire the necessary right-of-way for the service
road adjacent to Highway 55 as shown on the plat of Industrial Park 194.

Notion made by Keefe that the Village attorney prepare an
ordinance to establish a Civil Defense Program in the Village of Plymouth.
Motion seconded by Yngve and passed by all '%ouncil Members voting aye.
