Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Regular Xeet r+g .
of the Village Council of theVillage of Plymouth,R Minnesota, was
dlly held at the Village hall on the 10th day of October, 1961, at
8:00 o'clock P. M*
Present; Mayor Anderson; Trustees Kreatz, Theis and Yngve,
the Village Clerk, Engineer and Attorney. Absent; Trustee Keefe,
Mayor Anderson called the meeting to order. '
The minutes of P.eLular Meetings of September 19th and
October 3rd and Special Meetings of September 2?th, 29th and October
4th, as mailed to each Councilman, were approved as written.

moved its adoption:

Motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was
seconded by Trustee Theis and upon vote being taken thereon, the
follomng voted in favor thereof: Mayor Anderson;, Trustees Kreatz,
Theis and Yngve. Absent; Trustee Keefe.
Whereupon said ordinance was declared duly passed and
adopted.

Notion made by Kreatz that 47th Avenue North, in the NEJ
of the SE4 of Section 10, be placed on record for bituminous sur-
facing on 1962 Road and Street Improvements. Motion seconded by
Theis and passed by all Council Members present voting aye.
Iiotiion made by Kreatz that Payroll Checks numbered 937
thru 992 be approved. notion seconded by Theis and passed by all
Council Members present voting aye.
Lotion made by Theis that Regular Checks numbered 1470
thru 1533 be approved. Motion seconded by Kreatz and passed by
all Council Members present voting aye.
On motion the meeting was adjourned at 9:20 P.M.
