Pursuant to due call and n6tice thereof a Special Meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
duly geld at the Village Hall on the 4th 'ay of October, 1961, at
8.00 o'clock P.M.
Present; Trustee Yngve, Kreatz and Thers, 'the Village
Clerk, Engineer and Assessor. Absent; Mayor Anderson and Trustee

In the absence of Mayor Ariderr•,)n, Trustee Yngve presided
as payor Pro Tem and called the meeting to order.

to go over the complete road with the contractor and designate
certain week to be completed before he is released from the contract.
One resident was present from Creentree Addition. The

total cost of this improvement is $6,213.20, containing 4036.1 ft.
