of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,, Hit nesota, .was
duly held at the Village Hail on the 27th day of September, 1901,. at
8: 00 of clock P.M.
Present; Mayor Anderson; Trustees Keefe, Kreats, Thele
and Yngve, and the Village Cleric,
Mayor Anderson called the meeting to order.
Advertisement for Bids for an addition to the Village Hall
for offices were received and opened in accordance Frith offical
published notice. Roger Watch, Architect for the project, was
present. The following bids were received:

Motion made by Yngve that the bid of S. H. Putnam comimW.
1339 Valders Avenue North, N.inneapolis 27, be accepted at a bad
price of $21,703.00 and that Alternate No, 1 Bid of $540.00 be
eliminated. Said bid to be subject to the approval of terms by the
Architect and if accepted by the Krebiteet contracts be executed
and work to co=ence as soon as possible. Xotion secandea by [osti

Side line require- Motion made by Yngve that the request of Matt Starr be
ments waived for granted. for a waiver of the side line recraixements of 15 ft, to 10 ft.
Lot 22, Block 1, for the oonatruction of a home upon Lot 22, Block 1, City View Awes,
City View Acres. Said waiver being applicable to the east aide of Lot 22 oWv* Xouon
seconded by Theis and passed by all Council members voting. aye,
The following Resolution was offered by Trustee Ingre,
seconded by Trustee Kreatz, to -reit:

'requirements for Upon the call of the roll, the following voted in favor of
Lots 20 & 21 Bl. 2 the Resolution: Mayor Anderson; Trustees Keefe, Kreats, Theis and Yngve.
City View Acres. The following; None voted against its adoption, whereupon the
presiding officer declared the Resolution adapted.
