Present; Mayor Anderson; Trustees Keefe, Kreats, Theis amd Yngve and the Village Clerk. Mayor Anderson called the meeting to order. The purpose of the meeting was to prepare the Village buffet for the year 1962, and after due consideration the following Resolution was introduced. The following Resolution was offered by Trustee Kreatz, sesor,ded by Trustee Yngve, to -wit: UMLUTION 61-5.0 Ree. 61-50 Be it resolved that the following sums of money 1962 Budget. be raised by tax upon the taxable property in the Village of Plymouth for the year 1962 as set out in the 1962 Village Budget; General Fund, which includes salaries and miscellaneous expenses for the following operating funds. General Fund, Road and Bridge Fund, Police Fund, Fire Department Fund, Poor Fund, Planning Cowdesion, Park Fund and also the Public Employees Retire - went and Hennepin County Park Funi Asseasaents. Total - - - - - 410$,488.00 i1 ire Department interest 3,300.00 Capital imp-oveme:t 22,700.00 Total - - - - - 12.,488.00 Upon the call of the roll, the followl'a.3 voted in favor of the Resolution: Mayor Anderson; Trustees Keefe, Kreatz, Theis and Yngve. The following; None voted against its adoption, mere - upon the presiding officer declared the Resolution adopted. This amount added to the above budget assessment against real and personal property gives a Rilta<ge budget of $190,786.00 for 1962. Motion made by Yngve that the appUcation for a Building Bldg. Permit Permit of Leander Heinen, 2345 8 Larch Lane, be approved, subject to Leander Heinen receipt of written approval from the neighbor adjoining the propertT 2345 B Larch as to the set -back of the addition he contemplates erecting to the Lane, present homee Motion; seconded by Keefe and passed by all Council Members voting aye.
