Pursuant to due c;L11 and notice thereof a Regular
Meeting of the Villago- Comen of the Village of Plymouths,
Himesota, was duly held at the Village Hall an the 12th day
of September, 1961, at 8:OO of clock P.K.
Present; Moor Andersm; Trnatees Keefe, Kreats, Theis
and Yngve, the Village Clerk, Engineer end Attorney.
Mayor Anderson called the meeting to order,
Trustee Keefe introduced the following ordinance and
moved its adoption:

Motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was
seconded by Trustee Yng@e and upon vote being tauten thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mwor Anderson; Trustees Besfe,
Kreats, Theis and Yngve. Absent; Clone.
Whereupon said ordinance was declared dulry passed and
adopted.
