RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND
CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting of the
e{ Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
5th day of October, 1970. j
The following members were present: Councilmen Johnson, Hints.,
Kindseth and Spaeth. Mayor Hilde was absent.

Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved its

adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-405 i
�l WHEREAS a report has been given by the Village Engineer to the

iVillage Council on September 29, 1970 recommending the improvement
ii i
of Dunkirk Lane from 26th Avenue to County Road 024, Project /70-8,E.
{ NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMUTH•

"1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
f� property abutting or within said boundaries for all
`} or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed im-
provement on the 19th day of October, 1970 at 10:00
„ A. M. in the Village Hall in the Village of Plymouth.
The Village Council shall give published notice of
such hearing and improvement an required by 1sw."

jThe motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly

( seconded by Councilman Kindseth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
'' following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth
and Spaeth. No one abstained or voted against. Whereupon the motion
was declared duly passed and adopted.
