Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Regular
Meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,
Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall on the 18th day
of July, 1961, at 8:00 o'clock P.M.
Present; Trustees Keefe, Kreatz, Theis and Yngve, the
Village Clerk, Engineer and Attorney. Absent; Mayor Anderson.
The meetint, was called to order by Trustee Keefe, Mayor
Pro Tem.
The following Resoj_ution was offered by Trustee Yngve,

man and on motion approved as written.
•Ivan Olson, of VanDusen Company, Inc., appeared for a
request for a building permit for an addition to their present
building and also presented a ground plat showing the looLttion of
the addition upon theia land. Motior: made by Yngve that a building
permit be granted to the Van Dusen Company, Inc: for a 50' x 1021
addition to their present building. Permit subject to apl"val
of the building plans and construction by the Building Inspedtor.

!Motion made by Theis that the Superior Sickle mower
purchased on June 22, 1961, from the Long Lake Farm aupply, Inc.,
be returned to them on account of thefact that the mower con-
tinuously breaks down and becomes out of use for need of repairs
and when operated does not perform the service satisfactory to
who ;,h it was led to believe it would do. Also that Check No. 1256
issu4-J in payment for the mower be cancelled. Fiotion seconded by
