Pursuant to due coLU and notice -thereof, a Special.
Neeting of the Villager Council of the Village of Plymouth,
H1naesota, me duly meld at the Village mall on the 5th day
of Jeys 1%1.0 at 800 of clock P.M.
present; Mayor Andersons Trustees; Keefe, Xrests,
Theis and Yngse, and the Village Clerk.
The meeting was called to order by mayor Anderson,
Xr. Art Carlson, representing !,Unneapol s Industrial.
Perko was present !Or the parpose of obtaining approval for a
Water Franchisee covering the installation of a mater system in
the Mimeapol3s Industrial Paris area, A revision in the contract
as ,premiouslg subi.tteed was made In Section 21 setting out the
teras in which the Village of Plymouth may acquire the water
syatem during the ter-- of the franchise. The Ordinance was
otherwise accept0le to the ViLUV of Plymouth and the Alun-
eapolise Industrial. Park as pmvious]y written. It was agreed
that the Ordinance be recorded in the office of the Registrar
of Deals of Hennepin County rather than being inserted as a
covenant in they eonveyance of each parcel of property. It was
eZreed that the Village Attorney prepare an acceptance agmmment
of the Crdi-mance wltdch is to be executed by the proper authorities
of the Xtv.etapolis Industrial Park,

Notion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinazwe was
seconded by Trustee Keefe and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following anted in favor thereotr Mayor Anderson; Trustees Keefe,,.
Kreats, Theis and Yngve. Absent; None.
Whereupon said ordinance was declared duly passed and
adopted. Bated July 5, 1961.

upon the presiding officer declared the Resolution adopted_

Motion made by Keefe that iy'onlntvxicating Melt Liquor
Licensee, Off Sale, numbered 1 thru 16 and Non Intoxicating:malt
Liquor Licenses, On Sale, numbered l thru 12 be approved. Said
licenses all being renewals except Off Sale License number k and
On Sale License number 3 now issued in the name of Charles Letts
and previously in the name of Katherine Lents. Said licenses to
be approved by the Police Department. notion seconded by Kreatz
aid gassed by all Council Members voting aye.
On motion the meeting was adjourned at 9:00 o+clock P.l+t.
