Neeting of the Villager Council of the Village of Plymouth, H1naesota, me duly meld at the Village mall on the 5th day of Jeys 1%1.0 at 800 of clock P.M. present; Mayor Andersons Trustees; Keefe, Xrests, Theis and Yngse, and the Village Clerk. The meeting was called to order by mayor Anderson, Xr. Art Carlson, representing !,Unneapol s Industrial. Perko was present !Or the parpose of obtaining approval for a Water Franchisee covering the installation of a mater system in the Mimeapol3s Industrial Paris area, A revision in the contract as ,premiouslg subi.tteed was made In Section 21 setting out the teras in which the Village of Plymouth may acquire the water syatem during the ter-- of the franchise. Notion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinazwe was seconded by Trustee Keefe and upon vote being taken thereon, the following anted in favor thereotr Mayor Anderson; Trustees Keefe,,. Kreats, Theis and Yngve. Absent; None. Whereupon said ordinance was declared duly passed and adopted. Bated July 5, 1961. Said licenses all being renewals except Off Sale License number k and On Sale License number 3 now issued in the name of Charles Letts and previously in the name of Katherine Lents.
