Village Hail at P2,7mouth, Minnesota on the 27th day of J=e, at 2.00 o'clock P.R. The fallowing members were. present: Mayor Andersons, Trustees Keefe, Kreata and Yngve, The Village Clerk and Assessor. Absent Trustee Theis. of Mr. Roy Haag, Supervisor of the .Assessments, was in attendance at .the meeting, which, was the date set by him for tk-:t g Hoard of review Meeting for 1961, in accordance with posted and published notice. His objection was to the assessment against his property whiah was net in accordance with the infomation he was lead to belie" given to him prior to the time that he moved In to the Village and constructed his building. Yz. Renner was advised to contact #r. Ernst, the Assessor, in an attempt to make an adjustment, if possible to equalize his assessment. With no fbrther objections presented, on motion thq,, meeting was adjourned and will reconvene on July ll,'at St:OD'P.M. Jtatte _2"l. 14.61 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special �%eting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,. was duly held at the Village Han on the 27th day u of June, 19611, at 7:30 P.M. Present; NVor 4nderson, Trustees Keefe, Kreatz, Theis and Yngve, the Village Clerk and Engineer. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Anderson. Public hearing was held in accordance with official ptblished notice on the ioprovea►ent of Forestview Lane from Cs3mty Road 15 to Ridgemount Avenue. There were three residents presirtt of the 13 now Lving on the road to be improved. The estimated, Lost of the Improvement is $8,930.:00 or $2.1+1 per foot. Upon a vote being taken of the residents present, they all objected to the improvement project. There being no Purther discussion the Fearing was closed.
