June 20#-1961, recommending the bituminous (Hata surfacing, including grading and gravel base, with reference to the following streets. 9th Are. from Highway No. 101 to Garland Lane; Garland Lane from 10th Ave. to Gleason Lane. NOW THMEFORE, be it resolved by the Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota: 1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvements in accordance with the report and the assessment of property abutting or within said boundries for all or a portion of the cost of the Laprovement purruant to 2-I.S.A. Section 429.011 to 429.11, at an estimated total cost of the improvements as shown. 2. A public hearing sha3.1 be held on such proposed improve- ments or. the 11th day of July, 1962, at the Village Hall, in the:. Village of Plymouth, at 8:00 of clock P.M. The Village Council shall give published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by lair. Upon the call of the roll the following voted in Favor of the Resolution.- Trustee Keefe, Mayor Pro Tem, Trustee Kreatz, Theis and Yngve. Absent; 1:ayor Anderson. The following none, voted against its adoption, whereupon the presiding officer declared the Resolution adopted..
