VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH +
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF +
REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village {
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of
October, 1970. The following members were present: Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. Mayor Hilde was absent.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-404
WHEREAS, it is proposed to extend the Northeast and Northwest
Interceptors and assess the abutting property for all or a portion of
the cost of the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
i "That the proposed improvement be referred.to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report to
j the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as.toi'whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended." [
jThe motion was seconded by Councilman Kindseth and upon vote being taken i
( thereon, the following voted in favor of the motion: Councilmen Joimson,

Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one abstained or voted against.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
