duly held at the Village Hall on the 7th day of Tune, 1461, as
as 00 P.H.
Present: Mayor Anderson, Trustees Keefe, Kreatza Theis and
Yngve, the Village Clerk and Engineer.
Mayor Anderson called the meeting to order.,
The purpose of the meeting was for a public hearing For
considering road improvements. 1,11 of the following row i o
menta are for bituminous surfacing, including bl.aading, dwpl"
and compacting of wd.sting base.
Road Improvements
The first improvement considered was Shorewood Acres, tat%
in Shorewood Acres
Avenue (Shorewood drive) from Larch Lane (Schmidt goad) to Horth
Addn. Approved.

favor of the improvement, There are ten families living on the
road. With no further discussion, the hearing was Closed. `The
estimated cost of the improvement in $5,409.00 or $1.41 per !
foot. The Village Attorney was requested to proceed with condo&
nation proceedings to acquire the necessary additfonal 35 n,
right -of -nays
Road Improventnts
The seed movement considered was S=xwise Bill,: 1`orktaen
Sunrise Fill Addn.
Lane (Hilltop Vier) fmm Zachar7 Laze (Roggwean Road) to 4M
Rejected.
Avenue (Crestview Drive), and 49th :venue frcam Zachary Lsxme to
Yorktown Lane. Ttso persons were present who objected -to the
improvements, but their home are only involved Tram the road
improvements being along the side of their lots. The estimated
cost of the improvement is $2,905.00 or $1.45 per front fact.
The Developer of this Addition is Mr. Hevden and a motion was
made b;- Keefe and seconded by Theis that the improvement should
be tabled for another year.
Road Improvements
The third improvement considered was Greentree Addition,
Greentree Addn.

represent this area. There are presently twelve to fifteen howl
constructed. The estimated cost of the improvement is $6,930.00

The fourth imp-ovement considered was Creekwood dleigbtsk lst

Addition, being Shady Lane from 26th Avenue (Fox Avenue) -to Garden

Street; 27th Avenue (Clearview Drive) from Shady Lane to .Garden
Street, '27-1/2 Avenue (Upland Arive) from Shady Lane to Gardet
Street, Garden Street from 26th Avenue to Shady Lane. This devel-
opment consists of approximately fifty .lots with seven bows
presently constructed. There were four persons present at the
searing, and it was their feeling that the improvement was pre-
mature on account of the small amount of construction to date.
With no further discussion, the hearing was closed. Lotion made
by Theis, seconded by Kreatz,.that the improvement be tabled.tor

It was agreed that this Addition be dropped from the improvements
as no construction has taken place to date.
