Village of Plymouth,, Nimaeseta, via. duly held at the Village Hall on the 6#.h day of June, 1961 at 8 sG%3 o I clock P.M. Present: lamer Anderson, Trustees Keefe, Kreatz, Theis and Yngrre, the Village Clark, Engineer and Attorney. Absent - !fame. Mayor Anderson called the meeting to order. Copies of the minutes of the RegulA Meeting of May 16 and the Special Meeting of May 31, 1961, were , dled to each C ouncilwean and an motion approved as w ritten. Frank W. Hetman appeared with refe:-ace to rezoning a tract of land along 143rd Street o d a short distance southerly of Hwy. 55. Plat ed that Mr.Hetasan attempt to secure a service rood right -of -t along the southerly right-of-way of High W 55 from Messrs. Hngbee and Ernst, the present owners of the property. Mr.. The matter was tabled until the data requested by the Village Engineer is furnished. Re. Building Per- James Sackrison appeared with a request for a building Re.Building mit for Warehouse permit for a warehouse upon Lots 5 and 6, Block 1, Beacon Heights Permit for on Lots 5 & b, M. Addition. Mr. Sackrison was requested to furnish a plat of the tAse.onWts 1, Beacon Heights area shoring location of the building, lots, drainage, ping, &6,B1. 1,Bea. Addition. sanitary facilities, etc. If this plat is presented at the next can Heights meeting, June 13th, it will then be considered. Addition. Several members of the Plymouth Village Lions Club appeared to present to the Village a 12 -gauge Winchester Id os Club Riot gun to be used and for the benefit of the Police Depart- Danatiot d ment. On behalf of the Council, Mayor Andersonsaccepted the Winchester gift and expressed thanks to the Lions Club for their civic- Qun to Polies minded interest in presenting the gut to the Police Dej..;rtzent. Dept. A request was made by the Lions Club that a few loads of sand be hauled into the public beach one Medicine Lake, at which the Council agreed that they should contact Trustee Theis W d the matter could be taken care of.
