Y4.1149e. of° Plimmoi ltl eseta, tae° duly held at the Village Heli on the 31st day of May, 1901: at 400 o'clock P.14 Present; Mayor Ander.m.; Truatees;.Keefe Kreatss Theis and Yngves the Village Cleric, FngWeer and Attorney. Also present were Messrs, Art Carlson, Jim Hawks, Fred Clausen, representing the Minneapolis Industrial Park, and Ferral Johnson representing Ernest M. Ganley Company, Contractors, Mayor Anderson called the meeting to order. The meeting was called to discuss the installation of a water system for the Minneapolis industrial Park. Mr. Carlson stated that they had plans completed for the. Installation of a water system of sufficient capacity to serve the area which they preseptly inte-d to develop for industrial purposes. The main question that arose was as to if the Minneapolis Industrial Park or the Village of Ply- mouth lymouth would control the syster,:. The Minneapolis Industrial Park is proceeding with the installation of the grater system. It was the feeling amongst the Council Members that it would be a.matter of only two or three years before the Village would be installiUS a Meter system in the same areas. It was.therefore telt that cow progess should be worked out whereby the Village could acquire the Misneapo]is Industrial water system in possibly two or three years, by the Village issuing Revenue Bonds in payment. Mr. Carlson stated that it would be quite probable that the stock holders of the Minneapolis Indust- rial Parc would be agreeable to accepting Revenue Bonds in payment of the system at the time the Village would wish to acquire it. Mr. Carlson also stated that if a satisfactory agreement between the parties involved could be arived at he would be willing to mAwit the proposition to the stock holders of the Minneapolis Industrial Park far their approval. A plat of the property vas submitted, but it was agreed that the Council 'could not approve'the plat until the water situation was settled. Notion made by Keefe that a building permit be approved for a 3361 x 32610 one story warehouse, for Gold Bond Stamp CompW. The said building to be located an Lot 1 Block 69 of t#e Minneapolis Ind- ustrial Park Addition. The permit is approved subject to the approval of the Building Inspector and Kugineer. Motion seconded by greats and passed by all Council Members voting sys• Motion made by Yngve that Carl Gause be paid at the rate of $500 per hour as Building Inspector fees for the Gold Bond Stamp Company warehouse building. Notion died for lack of a seconding to it* Notion made by Keefe that Carl Gause be paid at the regular Journey== rate of pay for inspection performed an the Gold Bond Stamp Company warehouse building. Motion seconded by Kreats " passed by all Council Members voting aye. On motion the meeting was adjourned at 4=30 P.M. { Village Clerk
