Harry Kayeran of Orr-Schelen,, Inc. appeared to discuss an over & Water extension of the contract with H.H.F.A., covering the survey of sewer roject. and water facilities. Mr. Kayeran stated that he felt the survow for the sawn service report would be ComPlated 14thln 30 to A5 dove and the water survey report In 60 to 75 days. He felt that :it me advisable to request a six moths extension In order to provide fqv any unforseen complications which mW arise although be was eort4dn that the time table that he has set up would be kept. It is hereby determined to be necessary and land for road expedient to the public health, convenience and general right-of-way. welfare to acquire each of the following described prop- erties in the Village of Plymouth, County of Hennepin, for street and utility purposes too -wit: a.
