Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Special Meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
duly held at the Village Hall 5n the 3rd day of May, 1961, at U00
*$clock P.M.
Present: Mayor Anderson; Trustees; Keefe, rests, Theis
and Yngve, the Village Clerk, Engineer and Chairman of thw Planning
Commission. Also present were Messrs. Art Carlson, Clauson, Horning,
Dahlgren and Clark, representing the Minneapolis Industrial Park
Organisation.
Mr. Carlson opened the meeting by stating that it was their

It waa:eWa"that the Village could be a joint obligee with
the owner on a bond to be received from the contractor covering the
Installation of the roads. Motion made by Keefe that the $5.00 per
acre platting fee on the tract be waived in accordance with the previous
understanding-with the Minneapolis Industrial Park. That the platted
area be designated as M.I.P. Plat Number 1 Division. �'otion seconded
by Kreats and passed by the following voting in favor thereof; Mayor
Anderson, Trustees Keefe, Kreatz and Theis. Trustee Yngve abstained.
The water franchise was discussed to cover the area and
also with the passibility at some future date of the Village taking
over the water system with the possibility of serving additional
property in the vicinity.
It was agreed that the complete plat be turned over to the
Planning Commission for their full consideration at their meeting
on May 11th with the recommendation that the report be submitted to
the Council as soon thereafter as possible.
On motion the meeting was adjourned at 5:45 P.M.
