Present; Mayor Anderson; Trustees; Keefe, Kreatz, Theis:

Reverend Yruger opened the meeting with a prayer,

made by Kreatz that the Village Attorney use directed to urito a
letter to the Commissioner of Taxation and hennepin County commis-
sioner

and requesting that the reassessmeit rolls not be delivered; to the
County Auditor of Hennepin until residents have sufficient time to
document evidence. motion seconded by Keefe and passed by all
Council Members voting aye.

Motion for the adoption of the foregoing Ordinance was
seconded by Trustee Keefe and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fv?lowirg voted in favor thereof: Mayor Andes -son, Trustees Keefe,
Kreatz, Theis and Yngve. Against; None.
Whereupon said urdi nance was declared duly passed and

FOP PLANNING ASSISTANCE AND BASE MIAP.
Upon the call of the roll the following voted in favor
of the resolution: Mayor Anderson, Trustee a eefe, Kreatz, Theis
and Yngve.
The following none, voted against its adoption, where-
7ipon the presiding officer declared the F:esolution adopted.

It was suggested by the Council that a copy of the con-
tents of a letter received from, Herbert Lefler, Village Attorney,
dated February 15, 1951, with reference to Old Village Hall
Property be inserted in the minutes of this meeting, which letter
reads as follows:
You have ineuired as to the present status of the
property wich until very recently was used as the situs
of the Village `.•call of the Village of I!.mouth. This
property is legally described as follows:
That part of Section 16, Township 118, Range 22,
described as follows. Ccnrnenging two rods west of
the southeast coreer of the southeast quarter (5E 1/4);
thence north eight rocas; thence west five rods; thence
south eight rods; thence east five rods to the point
of beginning.
