Section 1. kLCPXT.JA2.T OF EXISTITIG ORDINANCE
Flvmoutr Village Zoning Ordinance No. Two is hereby amended

br deleting the following, described property from the residential
zoite and including said property in the commercial zone:
That part of the Northeast one-darter .(N.E. 1/4) of Section
Thirty-five (35), Township One ?Hundred Eighteen (118), Range
Twenty-two (22), described as follows. Beginning at a point
can the South line of Tract H, Registered Land Survey Number
355, which point is 241.0 feet South of the .North line of the
Northeast 1/4 of said Section 35, as measured at.right,arsgles

Motion for the adoption of the foregoing Ordinance was..
seconded by Trustee Kreatz and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: mayor Anderson, Trustees Keefe,
Kreatz and Yngve. Against; None, Absent; Theis.
Whereupon said Ordinance was declared duly passed and
adopted. Dated February 14, 1961.

Motion :Wade by Kreatz that agreement be entered into 11Eason, Law, Wel
with Nason, Law, Wehrman & Knight, Inc., to provide the Village roan & Knight,:.;
with a Base Map at a maximum cost of $1820.00 and that the Mayor base Map.
and Clerk be authorized to execute the contract as submitted.
Motion seconded by Keefe and passed by all Council Members voting
aye.
Motion ,made by Yngve that John Eastman, 270; North 143rd
Street, Mpls. 27, be permitted to move a building from Dope Avenue
to 143rd Street, sub�ect to referral to Planning Commission for
their advice and recommendation relative to roadways. Motion
seconded by Kreatz and passed by all Council Members voting aye.
iMntion wade by Keefe that an On -Sale Non -Intoxicating
Balt Liruor License and The Consumption of Intoxicating Liquor
License be issued to George Garrett. :Motion seconded by Yngve
and passed by all Council Members voting aye.
Motion made by Yngve that Leonard Etzel be appointed
as a member of the Plymouth Village Planning Commission to succeed
Dean Swanson's unexpired term. Motion seconded by Keefe and
passed ba. all Council Members voting aye.
A letter was received from John A. Yngve, member of the
Pl-ywuth Village Planning Commission, submitting his resignation
effective at midnight on January 12, 1961. Notion made by Kreatz
that 111r. Yngve's resigpetion be accepted. Motion seconded by
Keefe and passed by all Council Members voting aye.
Brick Stainer appeared with retuest to withdraw his
license application for the Hideaway Tavern. Motion made by
Keefe that the Acting Clerk be instructed to return Mr. Stainer's
check. Lotion seconded by Yngve and passed by 41 Council
"'embers voting aye. The Acting Clerk returned the check.
Motion made by Keefe that Carl Gause, 10607 Skyline
Drive, Mpls. 27, be appointed as Bailding Inspector for the
Village of Plymouth. Motion seconded by Kreatz and passed by
all Council Members voting aye except ,Mayor Anderson abstained.
Motion made by Keefe that Homer Bonhiver, CPA, be
retained to make an audit of ?lymouth '-tillage. Motion seconded
by Yngve and passed by all Council Members voting aye except
Mayor Anderson abstained.
Motion made by Keefe that the Village of Plymouth par-
ticipate in the planning of the solution to the Bassett Creek
Water Problem with the agreement to contribute $1500.00 to the
common fund supported by the Municipalities involved. Motion
seconded by Kreatz and passed by all to.uncil Menbera voting.. aye.
Motion made by Keefe that the Consumption of Intoxicating
Licuor Licenses be issued to roily A, Heese.dbaRed Hen, I. C.
Ryan ::dba"Feyan's Ballroom, and. Gerald Schmidt dba The Barn. Motion
seconded by Yngve and passed by a]l.C.ouncil Members voting aye.
