r Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Regular
Meeting. of the Villa, -.e Council of the Village of Plymouth, a
Minnesota, was duly field at the Village f=all on the 7th day of
Februarys", 1961, at gt 00 o'clock 1.M.
T.Present; Mayor Anderson; Trustees; Keefe, Kreatz and
Yn-ve, the Village Engineer and Attorney. Absent; Trustee Theis.
Mayor auntie -son called tie meeting to order.
Minutes of the meetings of Jamar;{ 17 and January 31,
1761 w=ere read and cn motijn approved.
Discussion was held with: the folloxing individuals with Application for';':
reference to the po:siti:n of auilding inspector for the Village. Position of
Hans Pikheim, 9718 Auron Airenue North. iwipls. 27; Gunder R. Ander- building lnspee,
son, 1210 North 12C.t.h Street, MpIE. 27; Harold Lowreen, 2707 .Liszt tar.

Lane, hpls. 27. After further discussion the matter of matting an
appointment was t,,_,bled until the next regular meeting, February
1.4, 1961.

.•:aynard Sandberg appeared to recuest permission to rent R:e: Rental of 01
the Old Village hail to be used temporarily for Church Services. `pillage .Hall for
Renuest denied with suggestion that a public school would serve Church Servicer
as more satisfactory =-uarters. The Village Attorney was recuested
to examine the title of the Old Village Hall to determine the
ccndit'.on of o�.rerst ip.
Brisk Stainer appeared regarding his license application Re: hideaway =
for the Hideaway Tavern. Motion made by Keefe that the request Tavern Set. -Up

approved by the r1anning Commission. Notion made by Yngve for approval daa:es
preliminary approval, subject to the establishment of a 60 £t. r1ancell pl.a.t
road key to the West boundary of the property and Ordinary rec=Are-
ments contained in the Ordinance. :lotion seconded by Kreatz and
passed by all Council. Members voting aye.
Mr. Jonak, representing residents of 36th Avenue North, Improvement of
North Bei Lane and Lagoon Avenue, appeared to recuest improvements 36th Ave, tiay:::",
and better maintenance of the reads in this area. The Village Lane & Lagoon 1v
ingineer was directed to bring his advice and recommendation to
the Council.
Mrs. Jack Buemke appeared relative to a change of street
name. She was directed to file tr<e petition with the. Planr ng
Commission.
Bryce Johnson appeared recuesting 35 foot set -backs Approval, of 401`
in Lots 1 thru 9, Block 1, Meadow Lawn Estate. The Planning set -back in
Commission report recommended denial of the application. Motion i endow: 1:a•4n Bata
made by Kreatz that `=r. Johnson be granted a variance from the
Set -back Ordinance to 40 feet. Motion seconded by Keefe and
passed by the following voting, in favor thereof: Mayor Anderson;
Trustees Keefe and Kreatz. Opposed; Trustee Yngve.
