Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Regular

Meeting of the Vilage Council of the Village of Plymouth,

Present; :Iayor Anderson; Trustees; feefe, Kreatz,
':Theis and Yngve, the Village Clerk and Engineer.

was asked if he was seeking the position of Assessor to which he

Yngve voted in favor and Trustees; Keefe, Kreatz and Theis
opposed. Motion lost.
A vote Was then taken upon the Notion for the
appointment of Nr. Ernst as Assessor, the vote being as
follows: Trustees; Keefe, Kreatz and Theis voted in favor.
Opposed, =a,or Anderson and Trustee Yngve. Notion passed.
Trustee Keefe furUaer stated that if any differences develop
